Introducing SentryFlow 9150
Overview Hifn’s SentryFlow 9150 Applied Services Processor (ASP) enables the next generation of security. Based on the third-generation of the FlowThrough Architecture, the SentryFlow 9150 is the game-changing, low-power, drop-in security processor. The FlowThrough Architecture is the cornerstone of Hifn's ASPs that fundamentally change the way security is built into the network as well as provide a platform for continuous data protection. The Hifn FlowThrough Architecture enables security services to be provided directly in the data path , as a "bump-in-the-wire", and ensures high-performance, low-latency packet processing.Pervasive Security Security has not always been easy to implement, cost-effective, and high performance, which has limited the implementation and pervasiveness. Hifn's new SentryFlow 9150 ASP delivers all of the requirements of robust security, easy-to-implement, performance and cost-effectiveness enabling pervasive security.About the SentryFlow 9150 • 3 watts of power • Lowest latency of ~ 4 microseconds with deterministic performance • Hardware-accelerated Suite B • Advanced Containment Features including o Tamper Response Circuitry o Memory Obfuscation o Key Obfuscation • 2 Gbps full duplex encryption performance • Small footprint - 23 mm x 23 mm Please review the 9150 Product Brief or visit the 9150 product page for more information.Resources There are a number of educational documents regarding Suite B and power usage available on the web from both government and private sources. Below we have selected a fact sheet on Suite B from the National Security Agency (NSA) and a data center power consumption white paper from The Green Grid consortium.Fact Sheet National Security Agency Suite BThe Green Grid Opportunity - Decreasing Datacenter and Other IT Energy Usage Patterns
